We currently ship orders across India.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

• We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on prepaid orders.
  

• COD (Cash on Delivery) charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

• You can track your order status on the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays & Responsibility

• While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

• Hycom Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a correct and complete address. Orders returned due to incorrect address will incur re-shipping charges.
