Exchanges & Returns Policy
At Hycom Workwear, we strive to deliver a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a one-time return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note:
- Customized, embroidered, or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Prepaid Orders
- For prepaid orders, a flat ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- This deduction applies only to returns, not exchanges.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a Hycom Gift Card, sent to your registered email.
- COD handling charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
- Your exchange request will be processed once the original product is picked up.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product using any trusted courier.
Return Process
Once the item is picked up, it will undergo a standard quality check.
Refunds are processed within 5 days after the quality check is completed.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the item. Refund will be initiated after the package reaches our warehouse and passes QC.
