Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team.
- Important: Please take a quick unboxing video when opening the courier. This helps us process return requests for damaged or incorrect products more efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or altered products.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.
Exchanges
- We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges for the products will be done within 5-7 days.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
